Collaborative Efforts
-
This section provides a snapshot of meetings involving district and school administrators, staff, Teachers of the Year, community members, School Improvement Team members, and students. In total, over 280 individuals contributed feedback to help create our district's new Vision, Mission, and Priorities, as well as to refine the district’s motto, Rock Solid. The section includes photo montages of participants and highlights the information and documents presented during the Community Gallery Walk.
Our district’s collaboration, outlined here, with the Franklin Covey organization was invaluable, as they facilitated discussions with each group to gather their input. During the Gallery Walk on June 20, 2024, nearly 70 individuals attended to view and read the materials, with many providing feedback on the documents and the process used to establish the district’s direction for the next five years. Of those attendees, 47 completed a comprehensive feedback questionnaire, offering extensive input.
The results of the questionnaire are presented in reports organized by question, including both quantitative and qualitative responses. All qualitative responses are included, and the quantitative data is represented as percentages of participants who either Strongly Agree/Agree or Strongly Disagree/Disagree with each question.
This feedback is intended to provide insight into the breadth and depth of the process, identifying where we stand as a district, how we can better support our students, staff, and families as agents of continuous improvement, and how our internal and external communities can collaborate to ensure the district thrives in all areas.
