The mission of the Rock Hill Schools Food Service Department is to provide high quality, nutritionally sound food service programs that support student learning, health, and development.  (View Rock Hill School District Three of York County Board Policy ADF - District Wellness)  In cooperation with our food service management company, Southwestern Foodservice Excellence, all schools serve a nutritious breakfast and lunch every day.  All meals served meet nutritional standards established by federal (U.S. Department of Agriculture) and state (South Carolina Department of Education) regulations.

Summer meals are again being offered at the Rock Hill School District!
