    The mission of the Rock Hill Schools Office of School Nutrition is to provide high quality, nutritionally sound food service programs that support student learning, health, and development.  (View Rock Hill School District Three of York County Board Policy ADF - District Wellness)  In cooperation with our food service management company, all schools serve a nutritious breakfast and lunch every day.  All meals served meet nutritional standards established by federal (U.S. Department of Agriculture) and state (South Carolina Department of Education) regulations.


    2024-2025 School Year

    Rock Hill Schools is offering free meals for all students for the 2024-2025 school year.

    Rock Hill Schools will be offering free breakfast and lunch meals for all school-aged children this summer. Meals will be offered Monday through Thursday at all four sites and Fridays at select locations.

    The program starts on June 2 and will run until July 25.

    This summer meal locations are:

    • Richmond Drive Elementary
    • Old Pointe Elementary
    • Northwestern High

    This year, certain locations are offering breakfast and lunch or only lunch. Please see below for dates, times, and available food at each location.

    Richmond Drive Elementary will serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday.
    June 11 – June 26
    Breakfast: 7:30 - 8 a.m., Lunch: 10:00 a.m. -11:30 p.m.

    Old Pointe Elementary will serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
    June 2 - July 25
    Breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

    Northwestern High will serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday.
    June 9 - July 3
    Breakfast: 8:00 am – 9:00 a.m., Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

    Once you arrive at the school, follow the signs to where the meals will be available.

    Please note: Meals will not be available on July 4 as the district will be closed.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
