Home School/Charter School Participation

Home School/Charter School Participation in Interscholastic Activities
Parents can request participation in interscholastic activities by submitting the required forms listed on the Eligibility Checklist. Documentation submitted is good from July 1 through June 30 for the academic year. New documentation must be submitted for each academic year. Please check eligibility requirements and download the "Intent to Participate" form.
