Visitor Management
-
As an added safety/security measure all visitors, vendors, district employee(s) not assigned to the building, and volunteers are entered into the district's visitor management system by a school district employee per Board Policy ECA. To be entered into the system a State form of identification must be shown. This system is run by Raptor Technologies and allows administrators and public safety officials to have an accurate accounting of all individuals in the building during an emergency. Additionally, the system provides records on student sign in/out and volunteer hours.
If you do not provide the school with this State identification, you may be denied access to the school.
You will be given a printed badge that must be worn the entire time you are at the school. When you leave the school, go back through the office and turn in your badge to be checked out of the school.
