Employee Handbook

  • This booklet serves as a guide for employees of Rock Hill School District Three on policies regarding employee benefits.  All employees are encouraged to know what benefits are readily available to them.

    If any policy mentioned in this booklet is revised, or if a new policy is devised during the school year, the "new" or "revised" policy must be followed.  Every reasonable effort to notify employees of changes will be made in a timely manner.

    Employees are also encouraged to be familiar with policies included in the School Board Policy Manual.
