Rock Hill Schools Announces Administrative Changes

On Sept. 12, 2023, Rock Hill Schools’ Board of Trustees approved the following administrative changes as recommended by district leadership. We look forward to welcoming the following individual to Rock Hill Schools.

Lisa Sagona will join the Rock Hill Schools team as Executive Director of Technology.

Sagona has served as a technology director for more than 26 years.

She most recently served as Director of Information Technology for Johnson City in Tennessee where she led collaboration efforts between technology and city departments. Her experience includes spearheading infrastructure modernization, streamlining processes and project management.

Her wide breadth of technology experiences also include extensive work in IT and network infrastructure development, data backup and automation. She is a leader in risk assessment and mitigation as well as cyber security and emerging technologies.

Sagona earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Bonaventure University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ithaca College.
