Rock Hill Schools Announces Administrative Changes, Placements
On July 20, 2022, Rock Hill Schools’ Board of Trustees approved the following administrative changes for the 2022-23 school year as recommended by district leadership. We look forward to welcoming the following individuals to Rock Hill Schools.
Northside Elementary announces Elizabeth Rollins as assistant principal for next school year.
Rollins has worked at Northside as a math coach since 2007. She has also spent time at Mt. Gallant Elementary since joining the district in 2003. She’s also worked as an elementary school teacher in Georgia, Florida, and Germany.
She earned a Master of Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Shippensburg University of PA.

Dr. Tommy Schmolze announces the following administrators will serve in different leadership capacities for the 2022-2023 school year.
Dr. Marty Conner will continue his role as Executive Director of Alternative Learning and will supervise the following areas of academics and personnel:

Rock Hill Virtual Program – Derek McQuiston, Assistant Director for Rock Hill Virtual Academy (K-12)
The Rock Hill Academies–Steven Truesdale, Assistant Director for Rock Hill Academies, Anthony Thomas, Administrator, Rock Hill Academies
T3 Elementary Alternative Program – Frank Palermo, Director of T3
