Ms. Nance graduated from Northwestern High School in 2004. Since graduation, she attended Winthrop University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mild-Moderate Special Education K-12 in 2008 and a Master’s of Education in Generic Special Education in 2012. She is also a National Board Certified Teacher: Exceptional Needs Specialist Early Childhood through Young Adult. She chose to return to her Alma Mater of Northwestern in 2008 where she has worked in the ESE department as an Academic Seminar teacher and Department Chair. She previously coached JV and Varsity Cheerleading and Dance Team for Northwestern and is currently teaching a special needs dance class at New Attitude Performing Arts Center. She is an active member of the Junior Welfare League of York County and Westminister Presbyterian Church.
