    • York Technical College Foundation Achievement Scholarship - The Achievement Scholarship is offered by the York Technical College Foundation to incoming high school students who have been accepted to York Technical College and will start in the fall semester. This scholarship will be awarded to one exceptional student from each of the high schools in the college’s service area.

    • Brother David Memorial Scholarship - The City of Rock Hill and the Piedmont Municipal Power Agency (PMPA) have partnered to give a $1,000 scholarship to a high school senior planning to enroll in a full-time program of study at an institution of higher education. The Brother David Memorial Scholarship was created to honor the volunteer work of Brother Joseph David Boone, an early equal rights activist, humanitarian, and champion of the poorest residents of the Rock Hill area. The recipient of this scholarship will have volunteered on one or more service projects that made a significant impact on our community
