Degrees and Certifications:
My name is Kelly Snider and I am originally from Rock Hill, so I am a product of the Rock Hill School System. After high school, I attended Clemson University and graduated with a degree in Sociology. I met my husband at Clemson so Clemson holds a special place in my heart. It’s kind of my Happy Place. My husband and I have been married for 31 years and have three adult children (aged 27, 24, and 22). Two of my children graduated from Clemson and one graduated from Queens University of Charlotte.
I have not always been an educator, although it has been a dream. So, in
December, 2016, I earned my Master’s Degree in Teaching. I entered the classroom in January, 2017, at Ebenezer and I feel very blessed to call Ebenezer “home”. Currently, I teach third grade in the Inquiry Program. Before entering the teaching profession, I was a social worker with the school district and the Department of Social Services. I was also blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for about 10 years.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping at yard sales, and watching/attending Clemson football games! I have a dog named Scooter and a cat named Bear.
