  • After School Tutoring

    After school tutoring days have been updated. After school tutoring is offered Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Media Center from 4-5 PM.

  • Hispanic Heritage Month Door Decorating Contest

    Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Trojan Counsel. Decorate your classroom's door honoring an important Hispanic person, a country, or the 2023 Hispanic Heritage Month theme. Teachers, see the flyer in your email for more information. Doors will be judged September 29th and class winners will be announced at the Homecoming Pep Rally on October 6th. See Mrs Silva in A-230 with questions.

  • Senior IGPs

    Attention Seniors:  Please check your canvas messages sent on Tuesday. School Counselors will be conducting Senior IGP meetings until October 20th.  Seniors should self-schedule for their IGP meeting time with their school counselor using the link in the message.  This meeting is very important so we can review your graduation requirements and plans after high school!

    Get ready for the Grand Re-opening of our school store, The Agora. We will be open during all four lunches on Wednesday, September 27. Purchases are cash only. We are offering ice cream, snacks, and delicious slushies. Come see us in A105.

  • Olympians

    Olympians are a group of seniors who will serve as ambassador leaders for Northwestern High School. Olympians promote community and school events. Olympians will assist with school tours, tutoring, and will serve in community and district events. If you would like to be a student ambassador, please see Ms. Chavis or Ms. Estes for more information. The applications are due Friday.

  • National Honor Society Applications

    Attention Juniors and Seniors! If you have a weighted GPA of 4.0 or higher with no violations of academic dishonesty and no serious referrals, you are eligible to apply for the National Honor Society. Pick up an application outside of A219 (Ms. Medina's room). Please note that the National Honor Society is different from the National Society of High School Scholars. If you are confused, please see Ms. Medina. Applications are due by 4pm on September 29th.
