Program for students with gifts/interests in:
Students who are self-directed, independent, and intrinsically motivated thrive in the Montessori environment.
Parents are strongly encouraged to support the Montessori philosophy.
Benefits/Goals of the Program:
Students learn through the use of hands-on Montessori materials and lessons that are designed or aligned with life-skills and academic standards.
The program teaches students to be self-directed learners, work independently, and develop a deeper understanding of concepts due to the Montessori curriculum.
Montessori establishes rigorous expectations that focus on the whole-child.
No other level for Montessori education after 2nd grade; however, the Inquiry program is the feeder program that is also on the campus of Ebenezer Avenue Elementary School.
