Ms. Stephanie Venturini
Hi! My name is Stephanie Venturini aka Ms. V”! I am 32 years young! I am your child’s new 5th Grade Teacher! This will be my 11th year as a teacher! I began teaching in the Fall of 2008 at the Center for Discovery in New York, I spent 5 years there working with students (ages 5-16) who were diagnosed with severe Autism. In August of 2013, I moved to South Carolina where I began my teaching career at Joseph W. Grier Academy as the K-3 Exceptional Children’s Teacher. In January of 2016 I was blessed with the opportunity to move to a 4th Grade Literacy position. While at Grier I was a Girls on the Run Coach! I am very excited to be a 5th Grade Teacher at Independence Elementary!
I graduated from Sullivan County Community College with an A.A. degree in Early Childhood Education. I continued my education at Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY. In December of 2007 I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Childhood Education 1-6 and Students with Disabilities 1-6. My family consists of my husband Michael and our three children; Zenian is 7, and is going into 2nd Grade this year, Zarion is 6 and going into 1st Grade, and Nevaeh is 4 and starting pre-K in the fall, they all go to Independence as well!
