Dana Dembski

Hello! My name is Dana Dembski, and I am excited to join the staff here at YRES as the new library media specialist. My husband, Matt, and I have lived in Indian Land, South Carolina for the past three years. I worked at Chester Park Elementary Complex since 2021, but I am excited to move to a community closer to home. We have two children: Jackson, who is 24 and living in Connecticut, and Maisie, who is starting her senior year at Clemson (Go Tigers!). We enjoy boating on Lake Wylie with our friends and our dog Grover, and especially spending our Saturdays in the fall watching college football (Jackson went to University of Alabama - Roll Tide!) I also like spending time reading, playing word games (like Wordle), and doing jigsaw puzzles. I am really looking forward to becoming a part of the York Road Elementary School community!
