I am a third grade teacher at Independence Elementary School. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Elementary Education. Go Gamecocks!  I recently earned my masters degree in Education from Winthrop University.This will be my 6th year teaching.  I am originally from Saluda, South Carolina. It is a small town with a lot of farm land!  I also love reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family and my husband.  This will be my third year teaching at Independence and I couldn't be more excited! I know it is going to be an awesome year filled with wonder and learning.
