Mrs. Amanda Rider

My name is Amanda Rider and this will be my 16th year of teaching. The majority of my teaching career was spent in second grade, but I'm excited for my fourth year of teaching third grade!

 

I was born in Rock Hill and graduated from the University of South Carolina in Early Childhood Education. I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2018. I love technology and STEAM and look forward to incorporating it into our classroom throughout the year. 

 

My husband Mikel and I have two amazing sons-Ollie, who is six years old and Jack who is four years old. We also have a Westie dog named Cooper. We love spending time together by traveling, playing outside, and doing anything soccer-related.

 

I'm looking forward to another great year at India Hook!
