Mrs. Langlee Morrell

Hello! I am Langlee Morrell, and I am thrilled to be at Oakdale Elementary this year! I am originally from the upstate of South Carolina and went to Clemson University where I earned my undergraduate degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. I have a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and I am working on a degree in Educational Leadership. I have spent the last 11 years teaching at the middle school level. 

 

I firmly believe that all students can learn and make progress if the right supports are in place and if we work together (students, families and teachers!). I strive to support my students throughout their educational journey by meeting them where they are and working to take them where they need to be. It is important that we celebrate all successes for students, no matter how big or small! 

 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and my 6-year-old daughter. I like going to the beach, going to see the Clemson Tigers play in the fall during football season, and shopping. 

 

I am looking forward to a great year at ODES with everyone!
