Hi everyone- my name is Mrs. Aycock.  I’ve beem the P.E. teacher at Belleview since 2016 and love my students!   
 
Below your will find the link to my YouTube channel.  On there you will find various fitness and skill videos that you can watch and do along with me!    Being active is a great way to establish healthy lifestyle patterns and when you start them at a young age you take them with for the rest of your life.   Some benefits of being active in kids is: improving academic scores, building a stronger heart, bones and muscles, improving self esteem, lowering stress and encouraging a better nights sleep! 
 
You should aim for 60 minutes or more a daily of daily physical activity and these videos will help!  I will be adding one to two videos each week!  I hope you enjoy!
