Mrs. Lisa Fuqua
My name is Lisa Fuqua. This is my 9th year at IDES as an Instructional Assistant. Before joining the team at Independence I taught at St. John’s Preschool. I love getting to know our students and watching them grow.
I was born and raised in Chester, SC. I am a graduate of Lander College with a BS degree in Home Economics.
I have been happily married to Tim for 21 years. We are the proud parents of Wesley and Elaina.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to go on adventures! I enjoy reading, crafting, card games at my Turquoise Table, and amateur photography. I love football, especially my Clemson Tigers!
