Parents will be notified annually of their rights to be informed of the highly qualified status of teachers and teaching assistants in the individual schools. Parent/Guardian Right to Know information will be published on the district web page, school web pages and in the Title I school newsletter provided to parents. Oakdale Elementary will respond to a parent’s request in a timely manner once the request has been received. The response to a parent’s request may be delivered in one or more of the following formats: face-to-face conferences, telephone conversation, e-mail or written correspondences. Follow-up communication will be provided, if needed.
