Completed in 2001, Rock Hill School District's Transportation Complex is the home of over 85 school buses and more than 90 Federal commercially licensed and State-Certified professional school bus drivers.

Regular-route school buses used by District Three are owned by the State of South Carolina, Department of Education, and maintained by the York and Chester County School Bus Shops' certified school bus mechanics.
School Bus Rules and Regulations

Rock Hill School District Three moves approximately 8,000 students twice daily-- not counting the numerous midday and after hours routes.

Our buses are on the road from 5:45 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. each weekday and also some Saturday mornings.
