MARCH 31, BOND REFERENDUM VOTE POSTPONED

NOTICE: The original referendum voting date of March 31, 2020, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Rock Hill School District No. 3 of York County (the “School District”) has been advised by the State Election Commission that Executive Order 2020-09 issued by the Office of the Governor provides that “any election, to include special, county, and municipal elections, scheduled to be held in this State or conducted by an agency, department, or political subdivision thereof, on or before May 1, 2020, shall be postponed and rescheduled.”

Rock Hill Schools will inform the public at such a time when the bond referendum vote is rescheduled.

District staff commissioned studies that helped to guide the needs and improvements found in The ONE Plan. Studies included Demographics, Facility Condition Assessment, Americans with Disabilities Audit (ADA), and an Athletic Equity Study.
