I am  a retired United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant (E-9)  and currently serve as an Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) Instructor (ASI) here at Northwestern High School (NHS).  I served in the United States Air Force for twenty-eight years as a Law Enforcement Specialist, First Sergeant and Personnel Manager in various places throughout the United States, Europe and the Far East. I have taught at NHS as an AFJROTC Instructor since 2002. I am married to the former Carol McKnight of Sumter, SC.  We have three children Bryant, Tyeshia and Johnny, Jr and seven beautiful grandchildren.
