TUTORING Program

• Students who need extra help with homework, class work, or test/quiz review
• Before School = Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 8:20
• After School = Monday – Thursday, 3:45 – 5:00
• Sign up is in A 101 with the Academic Coach

CONTENT RECOVERY

• Using a computer, students may re-learn content and retake a unit test with a grade below 70
• Work can be done from home or in the academic lab before or after school
• Student request must be submitted to the teacher
• After teacher approval, student must register within 5 days in A 101 with the Academic Coach
• After registration for content recovery, the student has a maximum of 7 school days to complete the recovery process to have the opportunity to receive a grade no higher than a 70.

CREDIT RECOVERY

• Using a computer, students who need to regain credit for a previously failed course can address specific areas of weakness for a cost of $50 - $150 per course.
• Students who failed a core course with a grade of 50 -59
• Work can be done from home or in the academic lab before or after school
• Registration begins at the end of the semester in A 101 with Academic Coach
• After registration for credit recovery, the student has no more than 30 days to complete the recovery process during the semester or one week in Summer School to have the opportunity to receive a maximum grade of 60.
