Mrs. Lisa Pecarina
Honors and Awards: Teacher of the Year 2015-2016; Treasurer, SCMEA Choral Division
Mrs. Pecarina is currently the Choir Director at Sullivan Middle School, and Assistant Choir Director and Cantor at St. Anne Catholic Church in Rock Hill, SC. She holds a Masters in Music and a Bachelor of Music Education from Winthrop University. As choral director at Sullivan Middle School, her ensembles have earned superior ratings at numerous state and regional events. Her professional affiliations include the American Choral Directors Association and the National Association for Music Educators. She currently holds the office of Treasurer for the SC Music Educators Association, Choral Division. She was also named Sullivan Middle School’s Teacher of the Year for 2015-2016. During the summer, she teaches the voice class for the St-Arts program at Winthrop University. Mrs. Pecarina resides in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Andy, and their dog, Otis.
