Ombudsman

The Rock Hill Schools Ombudsman serves as a neutral resource dedicated to assisting staff, students, families, and community members in addressing concerns related to district personnel, processes, and resources. The Ombudsman is responsible for ensuring adherence to established procedures, identifying systemic gaps, and recommending improvements to strengthen district operations and support the success of all students.

This position is housed within the Human Resources Division and serves as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, maintaining a direct reporting connection to the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendents.
