Staff Email Access – Rock Hill SchoolsSign in to Your District Email
Rock Hill Schools employees can access their district email through Microsoft Office 365.

Web Browser Access

• Go to: Office 365 Login
• Sign in with your district email address (username@rhmail.org) and password.
• You will have access to:
  • Outlook (Email)
  • Calendar
  • OneDrive
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps

Outlook Desktop App

• View Outlook setup instructions (Classic)
• View Outlook setup instructions (New)

Mobile Device Access

• iPhone/iPad:
  • Go to Settings → Mail → Add Account
  • Select Exchange
  • Enter your district email and follow prompts
• Android:
  • Download the Outlook app from Google Play
  • Sign in with your district email and password
