Keeping our community healthy is our top priority this school year. In order to reduce the impact of COVID-19 within our schools, we will:

- Continue to demonstrate and encourage proper handwashing and precautions to lower the spread of all viruses.
- Continue with enhanced cleaning procedures, sanitizing, and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces as needed.
- Ask parents to be partners in forming good hand washing, mask wearing when indicated, and keeping sick kids at home.
- Strongly encouraged eligible families to get their students vaccinated.
Vaccine Information
-
What are the benefits for school students to be fully vaccinated?
COVID 19-vaccines are effective. They decrease the chances of getting and spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. COVID-19 vaccines help keep you from getting seriously ill even if you do get COVID-19. Getting vaccinated yourself may also protect people around you, particularly people at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
Fully vaccinated students may remain in school and avoid interruptions to in-person learning, if they are exposed to someone with COVID-19, as long as do not develop symptoms of COVID 19.
