7TH GRADE SERVICE LEARNING COMMUNITY PROJECT
The 7th grade service project is a fundraiser to sell socks to raise enough money to buy a prosthetic leg for a child who cannot afford one. We are working with the organization We Help Too. Please go to our web page and buy a pack of socks or more! Every 80 packs we sell buys a leg for a child. Also, for every pack we sell the company will donate a pair of warm socks for the homeless to help our 6th grade students at Sullivan who are creating Bags of Hope for the homeless men's shelter in Rock Hill.https://tinyurl.com/s2ssocks https://tinyurl.com/s2ssocksWhat a success! Students Fundaiser helped to provide 5 proshetic legs! See these News outlet articles and watch or listen to hear about the promotion of this project by the students:
