Hello!  I am Andrea Walker.  My family and I moved to Rock Hill from Greenville, SC four years ago so this will be my fifth year teaching at Northside.  I taught in Greenville for 22 years at the same elementary school where I attended as a child.  I have taught every elementary grade level except first!  My bachelor and master’s degree in Elementary Education are both from Clemson University.  GO TIGERS!!!

My husband, Shane, and I just celebrated our 26th anniversary.  We have one twenty-three-year-old daughter, Maggie, who graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Graphic Communications.  She lives in Atlanta and will complete graduate school at SCAD with a fine arts degree in advertising in March.   Polly, is our five-year-old miniature labradoodle who thinks she is a person.

In my free time, I love to spend as much time as possible going on trips, attending Clemson sporting events, and simply enjoying life with my family and friends.  Reading is also at the top of my list!

Teaching is my passion so, I can't wait for another school year to begin!
