I have a wonderful husband and 3 great adult children.

I taught math, computer science, and computer literacy to high school students, in-service teachers, adult learners, and even pre-school children in New Jersey for over 10 years, before moving to South Carolina. Recently, I taught mathematics at Winthrop University for four years.

I swim, walk, and do exercise classes for recreation.

I earned my educational doctorate in 2013; my dissertation involved the study habits of successful mathematics high school graduates.
