Amanda Kessaris was born outside of Washington DC, raised in Rock Hill, and attended Erskine College to study Special Education and Spanish.  She has taught K4-12th grade resource in both public and private schools  in South Carolina and La Paz, Bolivia.  She has also taught bilingual K4-K5 physical education.  Excited to begin her 13th year as a resource teacher, Ms. K. has a wide variety of interests that she loves to share with her students, including running, writing, hiking, traveling, photography, playing various instruments, and speaking in Spanish.
