The Rock Hill School District Three believes in a safe, violence free environment where students are free to LEARN+GROW+CONNECT+THRIVE!  On those lines, the Office of Administrative Services coordinates the district's safety/risk management programs.  The Department provides support and guidance to schools and other RHSD Departments in the following areas:
